Hi folks!
I shall endeavour to put my food diary on here daily (not promising ! , but will have a go)
So, today,
brekkie - tin of mackerel fillets in tomato sauce on 2 slices Wholemeal toasted (400g loaf) 1 HexB
lunch - sweet Thai chilli low fat super noodles, with added mixed peppers, onions and bacon.
Dinner (will be) - chicken stroganoff, SW chips and green beans.
Snacks - rice pudding (Skimmed milk from Hex A)
10 mikado sticks - 5 syns
home made 'tiramisu-ish' cake - 1 syn
