Thought I'd keep a food diary, so when I get stuck for something to eat, I can have a look back over what I've had before.

Wednesday 7th Jan

Red day

Milk in coffee (HexA)
Bacon on Toast (HexB)

Homemade Carrot and Corriander soup (two bowls full ;) )

Gammon, Jacket spud (Hexb) mushrooms,2 fried eggs (synned for oil) Extra light mayo (synned)

Not snacked today where I normally would. Been busy and haven't had time.

Breakfast

2 weetabix (HexB)

Lunch

Bacon on 2x Nimble Malted Danish Toast (HexB)

Dinner

Chicken, Mange Tout Peas, Carrots, Leeks, Gravy (syns)

Friday 9th Jan - Extra Easy

Breakfast

28g Scots Porridge Oats made with half sk milk and half water. Sweetner to taste

snacked on cooked chicken on and off all morning. I'm hungry today!

Lunch

Jacket Potato and half a can of baked beans
Aldi Yogurt

snacked on more chicken in the afternoon.. still hungry for some reason.

Dinner

Turkey Stew (made in slowcooker) with turkey, carrots, onion, potatoes, gravy (syns). On the side, leeks and mushy peas.

Stupidly.. I'm still hungry! arrghh whassa matter with me? I did refuse my other half's offer of ONE belgium chocolate chip cookie. If I had one, I'd want more. Will have a yogurt in a bit and if I'm still hungry there's stew left.

ok, I scrapped the special k for supper and had a wotsit butty instead LOL. 2x nimble malted danish, scraping of butter and piled the wotsits in (syns) Yum. Loved it! Wotsits are 5 and a 1/2 syns in case anyone is wondering
