I've been doing this for 4 weeks now, I haven't had dramatic weight losses like some people, 3 lbs, 4lbs, 4lbs and then this morning 2 lbs! I'm really annoyed because it was our wedding anniversary on Monday night & hubby had booked into our gave Thai restaurant, soooo, I thought one small meal wouldn't hurt & I'd get back on track Tuesday, which I did. Since tuesday I've put 1 lb on a day! I'm angry with myself for thinking one meal wouldn't hurt, but I'm also wondering whether this Is going to get back on track again?? Sorry for the moan, but I could really do with some advice.
