Dont be annoyed with yourself hun, at least you didnt eat the whole lot, now that could have been much worse!

Dont dwell on it, its what you do moving forward that counts.

Just make sure you get straight back on plan and you will be fine :cool:

Thanks, i never normally have my syns so surely im well within them, surely 2 chips and 2 bites out of a burger are not that synful (i hope) xx

Frugalfifer once told us all about a 'resist list'. This is when you are feeling annoyed at something like this you should write down all the things you DIDN'T eat- what did you resist today? Write it down and work out the syns you didn't eat

I promise, it will make you feel better!

only 2 thats really good,remember the time when you would of probably ate a big mac plus a burger then realise you did well,put it behind you and start again
