Hello Exanters.
It's now three years since I reached my goal weight on Exante. I am fitter than I have ever been and feel better than ever. It worked for me.
Amazing VLCD that worked.

Can I ask how much you lost? And how long it took you?

Hi I lost about seven stone. It took about nine months March 2011 to November 2011.

The start was a stone a month but it slowed down a bit towards the end. GSQ

That's still very impressive in the time! I have about 6st to lose.
