Hello, after browsing this forum for a while, and using other forums for help and motivation I thought I'd join you people!

  • A student
  • An online slimming world member
  • Trying to loose my freshers 15
I like:

  • Green days
  • Internet forums
  • HEbs
  • Eating out
I don't like:

  • Red days
  • Alcohol
I have been doing slimming world on an off for years, but this is the first time I have actually stuck to it for more than a couple of days. I've been at it for 2 weeks and lost 4lbs :)

That's about it really..

Well done on the loss so far, and welcome to the party! I completely know what you mean about the "freshers 15" - so much of the weight I'm trying to lose now I put on when I went to university!
