WI yesterday guys...another 3 lbs gone forever and TOTM, so really chuffed!!
Away to friends in Donegal this weekend, but am feeling v strong. Would love a drimk, but I know its not worth it, sparkling water for me in the pub, but I don't mind..am feeling mighty fine altogether
