Another CD Newbie

    Hi all, thought I'd introduce myself. I'm new to CD and in my first week on SS+. Just had my first weigh in and I'm sooooo disappointed at my 3lb loss. :( I'd heard such good things about CD and I've stuck to the regime religiously. My counsellor says not to worry, some people lose more in the 2nd week but I feel like all my hard work's been for nothing. Oh I'd love a bar of chocolate now!!!

    3lb is still a good weight loss, as ur CDC said u may loose more next week..
    Dont be disapointed, be happy that u are loosing the extra weight and not gaining. (Day 8 for me today)

    Secondly, 3lb is a good loss! And as your CDC said, you may have an even better one next week. Definitely stick with it though, this diet really does work. Believe me, I've tried them all and going on CD was without doubt the best thing I've ever done! xx

    Dont give in it will make you feel worse. 3lb is a good loss and you will have many more to come.

    Hi again and thanks for all the support. I've been strong today and didn't give in to the choccie! Mostly have chicken (175g) with some veg like cauli and brocolli, only whats on the allowed list.
    I'm so impressed with all your great weight losses - a great inspiration to see what can be achieved:grouphugg:
