Another day...another diet

Right then, finally made my mind up! Going to start ww as from tomorrow. I have a food diary on here in the sw section but I just can't stick to it. This may sound a bit weird but I always feel so full! Then because I feel so full I think I must have blown it & eat anything I fancy!......I know - weird :eek: I think I need a cut off point to help me stop. I also find sw a bit expensive sometimes.

I shall be on 23 points a day & I'm going to plan my meals now to hopefully keep me on track. Can't afford to go to a class at the minute but I have my friends old books so hopefull that will help lots. Will give them a good read through tonight.
