Hi all, thanks for the messages yesterday. I managed to get through the day and i havent cheated. I do feel better today but still worried about my weigh in on monday. I hope i have lost at least 4lbs because I think that if i havent had a good loss this week then its going to take all my will power to stay on this diet. I am determined to do this!!!! I want this weigh off x:sigh:

Dont let what ever you lose put you off... Theres weeks I have lost alot others I have lost a little..

Think of it in the long run, how much more you will lose on this diet quicker than any other...

And total up your total loss!!

Good to hear you got thru yesterday ok! Keep it going.

I honestly never thought i'd get thru the first week but tomorrow is day 7 for me and i finally get weighed tomrrow afternoon!! Can't wait!

Just focus on one day at a time, the days will pass into weeks and then months. I cant believe I have been here over 2 months and its flown past. Try not to focus each day on how much you will lose, or how long you will be on it, try to keep active and focus on the end result, rather than the time spent doing it the time will pass in a flash.
Well done on getting past your first day, you will soon be feeling great.
