Another gain!!

Morning all

I've had another gain this week of 0.5kg. Last week a gain of 1kg. The first week I lost 3kg!! I used to be a member years ago and lost really well and became ill so stopped and never got back on track. Annoyingly I lost weight when I wasn't exercising now I weight lift and do high intensity exercise and cannot shift it at the moment. I'm not heavily overweight, my Bmi is 24.3 but for health reasons I want to loose. I'm doing sw online and keep a food diary and have followed SP so no idea where I'm going wrong. Any ideas I usually have around 10 syns. Thank you X
