Back again.... Got a friends wedding in 4 weeks plus starting new job, just seen pics of hen weekend & look the size of a house! You don't realise how big you've let yourself get I don't think until you see yourself in a pic?

Anyway enough ramblings, emailed my consultant last night & waiting on her getting back to me to say if I can join or not tonight again

Few spare packs in house so started today in hoping I can rejoin the group x

I am sure your counsellor will find a spot for you. if not give one of the online options a go. How much do you need to lose this time around? Are you planning on doing it just for the four weeks/

need to lose about 5 stone in total as regained most of it i lost the first time 3 yrs ago. i want to stay until i get it all off but the 1st small goal for me is friends wedding in 4 weeks time. My counsellor has said i can go along to group tonight hooray
