Another New starter

Hi All

Today is the first day back on celebrity slim.

I have done this diet before & done really well but an extra long summer holiday last year with to much good food and wine made me fall off the band wagon...but I'm back to try again.

I will use this great forum to help me on my way, I will apprieciate any advice on my menu & any great menu idea's you may have to offer.

This is my first food diary entry also please advise if I have done it right or wrong

Breakfast ........ Choc Shake

Lunch..............Vanilla Shake

Snack..............Fridge raider

Dinner............. Salmon with cauliflower leeks and brocolli cheese bake using light garlic & herb phili with a sprinkling of mozarella on the top.

Snack .............Muller light yoghurt.

I havent felt hungry at which is good :)
 
The Salmon sounds lovely! might steal that recipe :)
