Hi Guys

Just thought i would say hi!


I have lost 5 stone on my own but have been stuck for a year now so thought i best get my ass in gear! I have about another 5 - 6 stone to go, depending on how i feel or look when i get near my goal weight.


This forum looks great and very supportive

Hi Cami, Well done on losing the 5 stone in your own..shows you have a lot of determination to do that! Good idea not to have predetermined date for your goal.
