Another Newbie

    Hi everyone,
    My name is Florrie, I am 19 and having been trying to lose weight for the past 3 years. My BMI has now reached 27 and I am getting pretty down about my weight. No diets seem to work for me, even when I stick to them properly. I have recently tried the Celebrity Slim diet which was great because it was easy to follow, unfortunately it was ineffective for me and I missed carbs too much! I'm currently on hiatus while I plan what my next move is going to be, I've been looking into Weight Watchers and hearing good things. However I thought I would join Min Mins and see which diet plans were giving the best results before deciding. I've also bought a new exercise DVD which is knackering so hopefully it will be helping be burn a few calories.

    I look forward to being part of this forum as I think a weight loss goal is much more achievable when you have support :)

    I agree with BridgetJones, you will defo get support regardless of which diet you opt for..my advice is to research a bit into each and see what you think will fit best with your lifestyle and realistically which one you feel you could stick at. I am doing WW and personally find it great and its working for me...you wont feel deprived and it's a steady weight loss which is the healthy way to do it..i believe anyway...as much as i would love some of these "de-tox" results of 7lbs a week etc, its just something that will not last and eventually will come back to bite you in the bum, Good luck to you on whatever you choose and if you have any questions, then just give me a holler! :)

    hey all,
    another newbie here!! have been readin ur posts for the last 4 weeks after starting lipotrim and they've been a real help ao decided to bite the bullet and post myself lol. have lost 19 pounds in 3 weeks wi 4 on friday. struggling struggling struggling but the way u all support each other has been an inspiration.
    am hoping to keep goin till the end of april if i'm not dead by then , wish me luck :)
