another newbie! :-)

Hi everyone, I found this site last night and thought it might help me with my weight loss journey. I am a typical yo-yo dieter who eventually gives into temptation and ends up binging and then feels awful after. I'm in a vicious circle which I really want to get out of but am struggling with so much. Hopefully I will find some inspiration here to keep me motivated. I need to lose 5 stone/75lbs so have a tough journey ahead of me but my first aim is to lose half a stone by xmas.
