I guess I do SS+, i have shakes for breakfast & lunch, then a soup with some chopped chicken in it for dinner to make it more of a meal.

seems to be working!

TBH once the first week is over it's pretty easy, I feel great, it still baffles me how it can be - but it is :)

It's surprised me tbh. With exception of a couple of moments it's been a lot easier than I expected. Just hoping it continues and I get good losses to spur me through each week x
