Another Newbie..

but far from being new to dieting lol..

Been dieting since leaving school 17 years ago, always yo yo but mainly gain !!!

WW worked for me the once, losing 3 1/2 stone, but i know it was really down to the 5 miles a day walking I was doing when I didnt have a car at that time...

Anyway... I have come across this site and it looks encouraging and supportive :)

Tomorrow is day 1 of a new me! Paul Mckenna's cd's and book will be helping me on my way, aswell as much more walking again.

Anyone else followed Paul Mckenna before?
I tried last month and was amazed how I changed and didnt crave foods anymore.. but i then gave up and stopped following the rules due to half term and travelling...

But tomorrow I am back !!!!
