another refeed question, sorry to be a pain!

I ve just read one of the 'sticky' threads (day one through to day 7) She used maintence bars instead of lipotrim (she said they was alot nicer)
Do the maintence bars not have more calories in them than lipotrim? or am I completly wrong?
I thought you had to refeed using liptrin shakes not maintanence and just use them after refeed to control your weight???????

Personnaly I would have the shakes for the week and then the bars after that :)
