Anterior Knee Pain

Does anyone have this or had this.

Just been told this is what I have as my knees are knackered, doesn't help that I also have flat feet

I don't have it but as you mention flat feet it might be worth seeing if there is a specialist footwear clinic near you. We have one in our town that has podiatrists chiropodist and footwear specialists to help find you the correct insoles and shoes to help you. Could try a Google search as a supportive insole or shoe may help x

Your GP should be able to refer you for corrective insoles on the nhs. They usually recommend quads exercises.
