Can someone please tell me if these tablets effect CD, ketosis etc.

I am having to take them every day because CD is making my legs itchy and they are coming up in big lumps under my skin, I am obviously allergic to something in the CD. However, I need to do this diet and taking a Piriton a day is no big deal. Can someone advise me please as I'd hate to be going through all this only to find the tablets are defeating the object.

I've taken a few antihistamines while on CD (allergic to my sister's cats!) but it doesn't seem to have had any adverse reactions to the diet.

I have hayfever and am allergic to furry animals, so usually take a tablet every day, all year round. I have had no problems with them affecting ketosis or CD in any way. I use Tesco's own brand Non Drowsy tablets :)

Same here, i'm now taking them everyday for hayfever and also having the nose spray stuff and i don't think either are affecting ketosis or losses :) x

You could be allergic to the soya.
