Just been put on antibiotics byy dentists. Currently on ss. Doesn't seem like a great idea as tablets must be taken with a meal.

Dentist suggested a glass of milk or smoothie would do.

What do you think? Should I buy some protein for the fridge in case of emergency?

    Thanks

hun, i have pain killers that need to be taken with food and when i spoke to gp, he said only a small amount of food was needed ie a small piece of a bar or with your shake so hopefully this will apply to antibiotics too :) its so that they r not taken on an empty stomach x

yeah you should be fine to take them with your shakes , they are milk based so make a good lining for the tablets . If you do feel sick at all then you may need to go up to SS+ or 810 just while on the tablets :)
