just wanted to ask what is probably a bit of a dumb question (i am blonde though lol) i have just been given antibiotics as i have been struggling with cystitus and now urine infection for a week (dam this diet!) does anyone know if they will affect this diet? doubt they will but just thought i would check then if they do i wouldnt be dissapointed when i get on scales if i not lost, thanks everyone
oh and i had my week 3 weigh in and have lost another 4 n half pounds
