I've had to take an antihistamine as I've been sneezing constantly for the last 3 hours (I have an allergy to dust and I guess there is alot of it about among my clothes that have been piled up in a corner of my spare room - waiting until I could fit them again ... that will teach me for not hoovering in there!).

Anyone know if I will come out of ketosis? They contain maize starch and lactose?

Hope they don't have an effect:(

Hey Dancing, I took Zirtek all the time and it didn't affect my ketosis!
