well it' s the beginning of a brand new year again and this year I will stick to sw.
I plan on writhing down everything that pass my lips and the body magic I partake in :)
I'm going to set myself goals and please feel free to join in.
I lost nearly 3 stone before Christmas (39pounds) but I've put on a stone over Christmas, or that's what my home scales say, my first weigh in at group will be on Tuesday so I plan on being 100%.

today has gone well considering I have nothing sw friendly in the house. I know it doesn't look like much but I'm only eating when I feel hungry and after eating crap for the last 3 weeksweeks I feel like crap lol.

lunch
1 piece of Orange
glass of 7up

dinner
chilli (with loads of superfree mushrooms, onions, peppers and garlic)
rice
2 x small wholemeal slices of bread (GEN)

evening snack
cup of tea (using my HEA)
packet of fingers 6.5 syns

body magic
walked the dog 45 mins
danced to 6 songs on the Wii
100 strokes on rowing machine
100 sit ups
 
I have a confession to make I went over my syncs yesterday I had a scream egg and a handful of haribo's :/ so yesterday wasn't a good day really boo :( but somehow I've managed to lose 5lbs from yesterday to today.

Anyway so a line underneath yesterday

Lunch
1 slice of whole meal bread (1/2 HEB)
Last nights chilli (packed with mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomatoes)

Went food shopping so I've now got plenty of free food :)

Pint of ribena

Took dog for walk 45mins

Snack
1 apple and 1 orange and pint of vimto

Danced to 6 songs on wii

100 strokes on rowing machine
100 sit ups (and boy did that hurt)

2 pints of vimto

Dinner
Stuffed mushrooms (mushroom stuffed with cooked bacon, peppers, onions, mushrooms mixed on quark and topped with cheese (1/2 HEA) and raw garlic and then grilled) on a bed of lettuce
Lemon chicken (chicken stuffed with quark, chilli, lemon juice) with wedges and salad (lettuce, cucumber, onion and peppers)
1/2 pint of coke zero

Snacks
1 slice of wholemeal bread with lean ham
3 pints of lilt zero (I don't usually drink this much of fizzy drinks but everyone else were drinking alcohol)
1 cup of tea (skimmed milk HEA)
Packet of fingers 6.5syns :)
So a good day :)
 
Oops forgot to post yesterday

Lunch
Onion, mushroom and tomato omelette with a Side of salad

Went to the cinema
Large coke zero and a punet of grapes

Dinner
Lancashire hot pot
Lean pork, onions, mushrooms and peas topped with potatoes. 2syn for Gray

Snack
Cup of tea HEA
Pack of fingers 6.5syns

Went out for noodles
Yakisoba, they were dry noodles with chargrilled chicken cooked with a little oil so ill say 6syns??
Diet coke
Mocktail (apple mojito)
Apple juice, lime juice and mint 5syns??

Snack
5 clementines

Dinner
1roll HEB
Sw burgers topped with onions and mushrooms
Sw wedges
Salad

So that's approx 11syns??
