My food diary, hopefully with pictures of my meals if my phone cooperates
 
Well I went to my first sw meeting tonight (not that it's my first time on the diet).
I didn't realise I'd put so much weight on, so now it's all or nothing, I was hopeing to start my diet today but my mum treated me to a pub lunch and seeing as I hadn't been weighed I went for the burger and chips rather than the chicken salad >.< oops.
But I'm still full and therefore I've just had a apple and a tin of chopped tomatoes, my journey starts tomorrow, I hope all goes well.
Any comments on my diary would be very much appreciated :)
Are super noodles free on EE??
 
Forgot to take pityre today oops but I had a very good first day and even said no to a buffet :)

Breakfast
Melon and muller light

Lunch
Lean bacon
1/2 tin of tomatoes
Mushrooms
1 slice of wholemeal bread (1/2 HEB)

Snacks
Banana
Apple

Dinner
1x thick sausage 5.5 syns
Liver (cooked with a little flour 1syn)
Gravy granules (3.5 syn)
Onions
Potatoes
Peas
Carrots
1x slice of wholemeal bread (1/2 HEB)

My snack during the Paralympic opening ceremony
Apple
Banana
Handful of grapes, cherries and strawberries
Melon

I also had 250ml of milk from my HEA allowance

Happy with how it went but need to drink more water tomorrow :)

I'll just snack on some fruit for the rest of the night
And then a packet of safari biscuits with a cup of tea later on for 5syns :)
 
Oh and 2 syns for the ketchup so I had 13syns today
 
Just been very naughty and had 2 caramel flapjacks, they were tiny and 4 syns each >.<

Unfortunately I didn't have any of my HEA or HEB
 
And then for today I had a chicken salad for lunch

I then went for my weigh in and I've lost 8 pounds :D eventhough I'd prepared some wedges to fo with gammon for my tea, the electricity was off and therefore I had to go to the chippy :/ I just hope I lose weight next week :)
 
Omg haven't posted in here in a while!! But it really did help me in my first week so I think I should do it again.
I'm now after 3 weeks a stone lighter :)
I've been on plan this week and I've tried to restrict my syns this week to 6 a day, but that didn't happen lol I had 6 syns on Wednesday, 12 on Thursday, non on Friday and 15 on Saturday and I've only had 6 today.
I usually have 15 a day and I weighed myself this morning and I'd gained :( but my weigh in isn't until Tuesday so I'll have to wait and see.

Well today I had no breakfast :/ I'll have to work on that next week
