Extra Easy Any 18 Stone Men around on this forum

I'm down to about 18 now.

For me breakfast is usually porridge and fruit with a fry up at the weekend.

Lunch is something like couscous, salad and chicken, yoghurt and fruit, or leftovers - cold pasta etc.

Dinner is whatever I'm making. Curry tonight, fish with noodles and Chinese veg tomorrow.

Just make sure that you have 1/3 super free if you're on EE.

I think the trick is understanding the difference between the point when you have had enough and the point when you are really, really full. I can eat a whole lot of food after the point when I'm full.

Get in from work at 6ish, usually eat between 7 and 8. We have a hot chocolate before bed (I'm so old!).

Veggie pakoras are a good one to have in the fridge if you need a snack.

Curry - I do a Chicken Rogan josh (variation on the receipe on here) with a tarka dal, one sachet of microwave rice (between two of us), cucumber raita (total yoghurt, cucumber, mint sauce) and a mini naan (5 or 6 syns from memory).

That is 3 meals for two of us.

The rice is a good example of portion sizing. When I started we had a packet each.
