Being a complete beginner I have only started taking up running in mid Jan and i have already worked up to a 5 mile run.
I just completed my first official 5K fun run this morning and did it in 29.39 minutes!
Now the challenge.......
I want to be able to run a 10K marathon by May bank holiday weekend in under 60-55 mins.
Then my nect goal is to tackle the Half. Seasoned runners with any advice and or training methods greatly appreciated
