Red Day Any ideas for using meat slices?

Hi I have quite a few packs of turkey, beef and ham slices (they are syn free cos ive checked online) I was wondering what I could make with them really, other than sandwiches and salads.

Dice them and some veggies and make a frittata can be eaten hot or cold
