Chicken salad, two egg omelette, quorn pieces, white fish and veg... High protein and green and white veg, use a smaller plate so your not tempted to put too much on! Good luck x

That sounds lovely :) Give me ideas for when I start the next stage. Im on sole source, so I cant have any yet :(
