any tips? I start today!

Hey all! I start my slimfast journey today. Hoping to lose 4 stone by sept! Is it possible? Any tips most welcome xx x
 
The way i make it through each day is making sure i spread my shakes and snack out and plan my tea so i have something to look forward to!

I dont get up early so first shake around 10am, snack is home made tom soup or stuffed mushrooms then 2nd shake at 2 ish. Im not sure if its right but feel like im having dinner and so far working for me!

I just started today and I want to loose approximately the same as you.

I'm an early riser, so breakfast will
Between 6:30-7:30 every morning.

Try having pre cut and divided fruits and veggies prepared and easy to grasp. When it comes to food when we are hungry out bodies just want something easy and quick to grab at.
