I've stayed string actually and I find it easy because I live alone and the temptations are only brought by me. My weigh in is on Tuesday so the scales and tape measure will tell.

How about you? X

Yeah I'm going well, I'm feeling positive and don't want to let myself down by not making 12 weeks.
I'm weighing in on Tuesday as well and that's really keeping me going at the moment, I just want to get back into my size 14 river island jeans! X

I want to be a 14, I'm an 18 at the mo but more on the 20 side. I'm happy with that considering I was a 28 when I started. You need to imagine ow fab it will be to get in them, then I'll come and borrow them lol x

Wow that's amazing how long had that taken? I want to get to a size 12 and 10st so 5st to go! I'm more determined now than I've ever been x

Well it took me from April to October but then my mom passed away and it went a bit wrong for a few months with some of the significant events which came up, Christmas, birthdays etc. but I never gave up, I just think I limited the damage I could do by putting on a stone and a half but yo-yo dieted my way through. I did step 2 though so had the meal a day. This is the first time I've gone cold turkey as such on SS...x

Sorry to hear that about your mum. You've done so well you must be so proud.
I've done this before years ago but only managed a week and realised I need to sort myself out. X

Haha yeah I got like that too when I was sat drunk eating a Krispy Kreme in bed all sugared up. I remembered why I was doing it lol.

So...here's to us on CWP journey. I think we can start our own group and check in every weigh-in day x

Yeah I think that's a good idea about making out own group my first weigh in is Tuesday and feeling really positive just want to see the scales move!!! X

Hello ladies! Space for one more?

I'm on Cambridge already - have been since January (and once before a few years ago when I lost it all then put it all back) but I keep falling off the wagon. I realize the main thing I need is accountability so I don't. I have 9-10 weeks till the family vacation and don't want to embarrass both the kiddo and the mister. Plust at the end of the vacation I'm meant to be on stage for a conference and I just saw the video of this conference last year and gods I'm fat and horrible!

I just need a clean 9 weeks (the odd glass of booze is my downfall, I always think I can just taste and will be fine but as soon as I drink my resolve goes out the window and I end up eating) and then when I get back from the vacation another stint of a few weeks then I'll start going up the steps and up the exercise.

Ideally I'd find some serious buddies so that I can use you as Food Addict Anonymous sponsors LOL - i.e. ask to please kick me if I have the urge to cheat-.

So pretty please? :):wave_cry:

Hi Ama, you are more than welcome to join us. I was reaching out for a group, but we seem to be starting our own here which is great.

It's a tough diet isn't it with all the temptation out there. I'm about to go with my dad and sisters for a meal for Father's Day and I'll be on the water and have a shake before we leave. What I realise is that I'm ok with that but it makes others keep trying to get me to go somewhere else so that I can eat with them. I don't want to make people uncomfortable so I've become a bit of a social hermit where food is concerned, and I'm ok with that.

Sounds like you have some good milestones to meet. Maybe we should all set a target for loss in June...I'd like to do 10lb I think.

Hi yeah more the merrier welcome to our newly formed group!!
I've done this twice and only ever made it to week 3 but need to stick to it this time. Week 12 is just before my birthday so that's my goal to be thinner by then!! We can do this xx

Sat through my family having a Father's Day lunch today and it smelt so gorgeous but I stayed strong and had just water and a shake.

Well done you, I had work today so got a good escape away from it!
I've just had my last shake and trying to get abit more water in cause I don't think I've drunk enough today which means I'll be up all night!!!

Oh no, I feel like I'm drowning in it lol.

Back to work tomorrow so that's a good distraction and Tuesday will soon be here!!!! Weigh in :) xx

You'll be fine I found the first 4 days the hardest and now I feel ok. I'm do excited about weigh in tomorrow hoping its going to be a good one!!! X

Just find some non-food distractions and fast forward the adverts on tv as they are all about food lol x
