any veggie meal ideas?

I do the one from the Cambridge book: mix Quorn 'chicken' pieces with some courgette and mushrooms, splash of balsamic vinegar and sprinkle some chilli flakes on, and cook it in foil in the oven.

Did this on the diet. Still do it now :D

Are you using the yellow book for your list of foods allowed or the approved list of vegetarian options?

350g (12oz) reduced fat cottage cheese

300g (10oz) Quorn pieces,

375g (13oz) Tofu, steamed.

80g dried weight red lentils.

225g canned chickpeas, drained

70g dried weight soya beans

80g dried weight chick peas
