Anybody lost alot of weight quickly

I'm wanting to loose weight and I've lost a stone in two weeks so far so now I need to loose another five and my mum is on celbrity slim but she is already very slim and her weightless is barely anything has anyone lost a lot of weight and how long did it take? One girl told me she would loose a stone a month

Hi I read about someone losing 17lb in week 1. I would be happy with 3lbs lol.

I have some sachets for this week just to see if I can shift anything. Good luck to you x

I have only done gradual weight loss but a friend of mine lost 11lbs in 9 days. To be honest I don't think speed is what you should aim for - far better to lose the weight more gradually in a healthy way. Not only will you feel and look better but your body will be more likely to keep the weight off long term. :) I have found that switching to zero fat options (eg cottage cheese and yoghurt), cutting out all sugar, decreasing carbs and increasing lean protein has been very effective. You soon get used to it even though it can be a bit of a challenge at first.

Yes I agree slow and steady... just hoping that these couple of days will kick start my weight loss again. X
