It must be difficult with doing shifts so well done on the 2lb off (even if it's your scales so it's not 'official') - it'll show even better for you next week
I was really surprised when I got there this week as I've lost another 2 1/2 lbs so I'm up to 11 1/2 in 4 weeks. I'd love to get my stone next week but I think I might be aiming too high.
Do you tend to do any particular plan or mix it up as you go?
