Hi
I've been doing Sw off and on for a few years have recently gone back, at the mo were having to get used to gluten free as my 3 yr old dd has been diagnosed with coeliac me & my husband are both waiting on our results for coeliac but at the mo we are eating gluten free with her as we don't want to cook seperate meals
I'm really struggling with the food as the gluten free stuff is so high in syns especially sausages & burgers we did make home made burgers the other day they were nice
My first weight in I lost 4.5 lbs
Second weigh in I gained 2.5lbs
Third weigh in missed due to work
Due to weigh in next tomorrow but really struggling to figure out how to eat gluten free & do Sw ???
Anyone else in the same boat or have any tips ???
