Anyone do original and green plan?

Hi all!
I’m restarting Sw at home as I can’t commit to go to a group near me because of the times they’re on plus I want to go back to the original and green plans as I had more success on these when I first started doing slimming world but just wondered if anyone e else follows the old plan as could do with some support anc help 😁

If you do a food diary and use the prefix for red or green it will attract a following as a lot of the original members that still read the forums tend to fall back on what was successful for them...I have still got my old books so if you need any help please ask.
