    BREN is going to loose!

    Not sure if this is just and Australian diet???

    Just started today and bascially I have 20gm of carb and 4 gm of protein and 4 drink sachets/flavourings containing all my vits. You can loose up to 10kg's in 5 weeks. I am hoping for about 7kg's.

    So 3 meals with the above totals of carbs and protein for the day and the 4 sachets. Along with apple cider vinegar, flaxseed oil and 2 potassium tablets.
