anyone eat the cambridge bars?

Hey, I've just had a cambridge bar for lunch (in on ss so not sure if I should have them but I get loads of free samples from work) does anyone like them??
I just had a chocolate chewy 1! I feel sick my jaw aches and feels wierd as if I ate something sour but it ws so sickly! I don't have a sweet tooth I'm more savoury so I don't know if this was why I hated them! Does any1 know if these take u out of ketosis? X

Yeah u can have them on ss. I LOVE the bars although I get hungrier when I eat them than shakes or soups

Yeah, a couple of them are rather chewy but I tend to like all the bars, some more some less. Nice change from the soups/shakes but I agree with Tano, they do not seem to "stick with you" and I get hungry very soon after eating one. I limit myself to 2 bars or so per week for that very reason. :)

You're not supposed to have the bars until your third week.

I love them, they're the only product i like.

The malt toffee, peanut and cranberry bars are lush!

I'm not a fan of the chocolate (salty/sour) or the mint (stale tasting) bars.

Yes your right the choc ones do have a salty sour taste! I couldn't put my finer on it it made me feel sick! It was too sickly for me! .. Ill give the others a try another time ! X

Dunno the carbs, but none of the bars are 138 cals, that's the soups and shakes. Peanut crunch is 185 and malt toffee is 175 ( but has more carbs than peanut crunch) thats all i know!

Ah thanks that's good to know! I have both of those but not tried them yet! Yes even tho they aren't my favourite things I had another 1 last week! Its TOTM and I had so many chocolate and food cravings. So they are great when your feeling low and your an emotional eater like me!
