anyone else approaching wk 12?

been on cd ss 12 weeks on wed, just preparing for some ss+ anyone else at same stage? how you feeling about adding food? then wk after i move up to 810 for a week in readyness for my 2 wk hol! hope i will cope with real food without too much damage, straight back onto ss then when i get back!!!!

Im into week 12 now and have been on SS+ from day one but not really doing it pure SS+ most days are SS ...

I went on holiday 3 weeks ago for 2 weeks and ate big style so am already past the 810...hence im gonna skip it and do a stright 12 week run of SS+ again (if you follow me lol)

if im honest I did it in week 7, reccommended by my cdc, well I did not do well- I ate much less than required- and i kept getting a funny taste in my mouth- couldnt wait for it to be over! Dreading it again
