I get free Saturday electricity so it is an inspiration to make a lot of the food for next week.
It also means i make a menu and shopping list .
Today ive made
Beef in slow cooker and trivet to make gravy later(big piece so last two days).

Moroccan chicken and chickpea stew

Red thai chicken curry

Base for cottage pie

Carrot and potato mash for cottage pie

Mushroom soup

Veg for next two days

Humus(too much so froze half).
