Anyone Following South Beach Diet?

I joined phase 1 south beach diet on sun and wondered whether there was anyone else here following the plan? I have also joined the south beach website subscription but all the members on there are based in US.

I am looking for someone who I can buddy up with and offer mutual support and tips.

Not finding the SBD website very good and not many members on there at all .
