I bought one of these last year and it's been embarrassingly neglected, so I'm determined to dust it off & start using it again as part of my get-fit regime.

Just wondered if anyone else uses one & would like to compare notes :D

Yes of course, it's a Surf board exercise machine, it moves up & down, back & forth and side to side, so is great for balance and works on your core strength and leg muscles. You do it for 15 mins and can watch telly, and apart from making sure you don't fall off it's not difficult.

It's good fun & there's no excuse for me not using it really, but my hubby's found the extension lead I need to plug it in, so I'll be surfing the waves, in my lounge later on today :p

It was on the Alan Titchmarsh show the other night. Looked good fun, and the rather fit young man who is a personal trainer says it's great for legs, core and butt.
