    Hi all

I just received the ww deluxe pack today :D but I'm not sure how to use the points calculator. I thought they would have put some instructions with it . I know its probably really easy to use but I just need to make sure that I'm using it correctly.

Errm well maybe. I got it when I joined at the end of 2008. I can't always find everything in the shop book. I had the old shopping one before. The new one doesn't look too bad. They should do an updated version of eat wisely for fussy people like me lol.

So whats the difference between the Eats Wisely book and the current ones

The thing that would worry me about an old book is not knowing what things have increased in points value since it was published

It just has basic info. It has an a-z list of foods. No brands just simple food with points. Thats why I like it. I have checked some of the items with the new shop book and most things are still the same. I just need to get used to the shop book. Its a shame they don't do a pocket sized one so I could carry it around with me :(
