Anyone know of any lists of what you can do at what weight

For example, you can't really horse ride over 13 stone (some riding schools say 11 stone, some say 13)
Aqua-aerobics is best at the heavier weights, but running's not ideal for my knees until I've lost a bit more.
I'm loving swimming, but I'm wondering if there's a list anywhere of what is good to do at what sort of weights??

I didn't know that. It makes sense depending on the horse but there are definitely much bigger riders here.
I think swimming is for everyone, the water is amazing support for bigger bodies and if you can get over been seen in your togs its wonderful. We have EVERYTHING at our pool (in terns of age, shape and size)/
