hi becky, i started cambridge diet last august and i lost 4 stone by christmas. my start weight was 15 stone. i came off the diet because i went on holiday and then worked away so i started again 3 weeks ago and i only put on 4 pound. the diet is amazing i drink 3 litres of water a day and i still have one macdonalds medium coke a day, i also have one treat day a week were i have indian i dont have rice i just have chicken tikka masala and a tandoori starter. my first week i lost 9lb and each week after that it ranged between 3 and 6 ... its amzing diet im not 11 stone and want to be 9st xx
