Hi, I don't seem to be able to find many people who are the same height as me who are around the 13 stone mark doing Cambridge Weight Plan. I enjoy reading other peoples success stories but struggle to find anyone that I can relate to properly. Please post your journey details and how you have managed below. It will be gratefully received.
