anyone on week 3 ???

I started 3 weeks ago yesterday and was wondering if anyone else is around about the same stage as me I lost 11lb week 1 and 5lb week 2 feeling really good now a little tired now and again but nothing major.

Ive been drinking 3 nd half litres of water a day and I make my milkshakes to 300ml just I find they fill me for a little longer does anyone think this is a good amount of water or too much ??

Also I do walking up to school runs and shops each day but I am confused with the exercise amounts and ive read if I want to do more exercise u should go up a step which I dont want so any tips on how to get the most out of sole source whilst im on it would be fab !! How much exercise is too much for sole source to not be effective ??
