Anyone read The Beck solution ?

I read something about it but not sure where and am just wondering if it's worth a read ?

Definately worth a read- there is also a workbook you can buy which helps you work through theexercises

These a good 'Beck' thread on the CD maintaince board you could read before you purchase the book.
