Step2 810kcal Anyone start at 13 stone?

Hi there!

On day 4 and was wondering if anyone started at 13 stone? If so how quickly did you lose weight? Ive got 8 weeks until I go on holiday and was just wondering where in my "sliding scale" wardrobe I might be!
Can't see many people on the Step 2 810cal program!

Hi i'm on this program too but only started today. My friend has lost 4 stone in 16 weeks on the 810!!!! She started at 15 but that gives you a rough idea. I would hope for 2 maybe 2 and a half stone in 8 weeks? xx
